Intermediaries are often too busy running a business to worry about marketing. And whilst some were proactive and being successful, others were getting confused by different people giving different views and advice. Help was needed.
The Forum has a passion for marketing and for the mortgage market.
The solution was to create a membership community where you can get first-hand objective advice and ideas – from the right people. Where they can get pointed in the right direction and speak to the right people or be armed to do a great DIY marketing job using the budget of their choice.
The Forum was set up by Jeff Knight, a leading marketing professional who has worked within the mortgage market since 1997. He is passionate about marketing. He is passionate about mortgages. He is passionate about helping others get marketing confident to use all the channels in the right way.
The Mortgage Marketing Forum was initially launched in 2021 for a community of marketing professionals. In 2023, a new Forum just for Intermediaries was created, to provide tailor-made content just for them.
It was developed after Jeff had many conversations with intermediaries, sometimes after talking about marketing at industry events. Jeff spotted the need and created the solution. After all, better marketing leads to better client outcomes.
